Housing counselors work directly with families and individuals to help them improve their finances, rent an apartment, navigate the homebuying process, and more. Join our Career Path training to learn what you need to start your housing counseling career and prepare for the HUD Individual Certification Exam, which qualifies you for hire by a HUD-approved housing counseling agency

Our Housing Action Training Center brings a robust lineup of national trainings to equip housing counselors with the skills and knowledge they need to better help individuals and families find and keep good homes.
