This training will help you reevaluate your counseling program, become familiar with new industry tools, and develop the skills needed to operate an effective credit counseling program in 2026 and beyond. According to the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB), consumer credit report errors remain a concern for many Americans. As a credit counseling professional, you will gain the knowledge and resources to assist your clients through the process. Improving your program requires ongoing industry education and expanding your network.
