Buying a home is one of the most significant decisions a family or individual will make. Preparing for homeownership and making a good purchase decision is essential for a family or individual's future. As you prepare clients to become successful homeowners, it's critical to be diligent in staying up to date on new laws, regulations, and programs that can help them. Join us for a training that will focus on the full homebuying process, from working with the client to assess financial readiness, helping them qualify for a mortgage, understanding credit scores, and applying to available down payment and closing costs programs.
