This course is designed for housing counselors and others interested in learning how to perform all the basic income and mortgage calculations related to pre-purchase, post-purchase, rental, and foreclosure prevention situations. Join us to build confidence with the essential calculations needed to determine if clients are mortgage-ready. You will learn to calculate a client's gross monthly income, apply qualifying ratios, determine cash requirements for closing costs and down payments, and compute mortgage loan payments.
