On October 1, 2025, the Mortgage Industry Standards Maintenance Organization (MISMO) released the Housing Counseling Data Set (HCDS), marking the culmination of a multiyear effort by the housing counseling industry to better demonstrate its impacts and outcomes and to promote communication among systems involved in the mortgage sector. During this summit, attendees will learn about HCDS, how to integrate it into CMS platforms, and how using HCDS to foster interoperability between systems can lead to more consumers, more mortgages, and increased revenue.
