Join us for a comprehensive, three-day Home Equity Conversion Mortgage (HECM) counseling training designed to prepare you to earn your HECM Counseling Certification. This course deepens your understanding of HECM and builds the skills needed to conduct effective, compliant counseling sessions. Through clear instruction and real-world examples, participants will gain a thorough understanding of HUD's HECM counseling standards, including regulations, counselor responsibilities, and disclosure requirements.

Led by Stacy Stuber, who brings over 20 years of experience in HECM counseling and as a national trainer.

Note: This training will be brought at the same time as a Beyond Certification: Practical Strategies for Counseling Clients training, and participants will have the opportunity to attend a joint networking opportunity.
