This training will focus on how to work with clients who are considering filing for bankruptcy or are already in the process. The course will cover different types of bankruptcy, filing requirements, how bankruptcy can impact state court proceedings such as foreclosure and garnishments, the potential parallel paths of loss mitigation and bankruptcy, legislative issues related to bankruptcy, and how to support your clients through life after bankruptcy. This class offers a basic refresher on the essential information to help you improve your competency in this area.
