This course will educate housing counseling professionals about the impacts of racial bias on appraisals and property valuations. Housing counselors will learn to identify common red flags and develop strategies to challenge unfair industry practices. The session will include resources and tools to support individuals affected and encourage counselors to collaborate with Fair Housing organizations and HCAs as community partners.

Registration: $75 Although full scholarships are no longer available, due to high demand, we are offering a limited number of additional spots at a discounted rate of $50.
