This two-hour interactive training provides housing counselors with practical tools to manage stress, prevent burnout, and improve service quality. Participants will examine the connections between counselor well-being, client outcomes, and program success, and learn how emotional stress affects daily work. Through engaging discussions and real-world strategies, attendees will learn to build resilience, set healthy boundaries, and stay effective under pressure. The training emphasizes the link between counselor wellness, program performance, and community impact, empowering counselors to serve clients with clarity, confidence, and compassion.
