NEW: HUD-Aligned Foreclosure Prevention Fundamentals

This HUD-aligned course provides housing counselors with essential knowledge and practical skills to assist households at risk of foreclosure. Participants will learn how to conduct compliant client intake, assess hardship and risk factors, explain the foreclosure process, and educate clients on their rights and responsibilities. The course emphasizes early intervention, client-centered counseling, and ethical practices to help stabilize housing and prevent avoidable foreclosure.
