This training is tailored for agency leaders responsible for oversight, compliance, and security within HUD’s Housing Counseling Program. Participants will review HUD’s confidentiality rules (24 CFR Part 214 and HUD Handbook 7610.1) and learn advanced security protocols to safeguard client PII/SPII, enhance agency systems, and address emerging threats and risks.
