Join us for a training in Spanish about your client's rights and protections under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA). We will discuss what kinds of debt the law covers, go over common debt collector scams to watch out for, and teach about debtor's rights. We will also help you determine when and how to refer clients to a legal aid organization for professional legal assistance.
